Description
0ur Tube-In Mould plugs, when used in conjunction with any of our corresponding Single Pen Blank Moulds, make it possible to Label/Tube-In cast in virtually any pen kit on the market without needing to purchase our dedicated “Less-Resin” Moulds.
Available sizes
15mm plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 6mm - 7.5mm
18mm plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 6.1mm - 10.8mm
20mm Small plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 5.5mm - 10mm
20mm Large plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 8.5mm - 12.5mm
22mm Small plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 7mm - 11.5mm
22mm Large plugs - Suitable for tubes with internal diameter 11.5mm - 15.5mm
This is a great system if using lots of different tube sizes however if you do multiple casts using the same tube size our dedicated “Less-Resin” Moulds would be more suitable as they are easier to demould and use considerably less resin (as the name implies) saving you money in the long run.
Plugs are sold in pairs so you can customise the size and number of plugs that you require. Depending on tube and plug sizes you can fit 2 tubes per cavity in our 180mm and longer Moulds.
