As previously stated, all of our items are hand-lathed bespoke items, therefore, it is not unusual to occasionally see light tool marks and of course natural blemishes from the wood itself. These natural markings are part of what makes each and every one of our pieces unique, as there will never be two pieces exactly alike.
Some of our wood is lathed ‘green’ which means that the tree hasn’t long been cut down and therefore hasn’t fully dried out, this may cause slight warping and is a natural process of the wood drying out over time.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped at customer expense back to us within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return shipping fees will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty/damaged on inspection. We regret that we are unable to accept exchanges or cancellations.

Postage All of our items are posted tracked when possible either with the Royal Mail or a local courier service. All costs cover postage and packaging plus insurance of the item up to its value. We will give you the tracking number so you can keep up to date with your item’s journey.
