15 x 15mm HDPE Pen Blank Casting Mould – 4 Cavity
Description
Reusable HDPE pen blank casting mould with 4 cavities, designed for casting narrow 15 x 15mm resin pen blanks for Slimline and similar pen kits.
The mould can also be used with our 15mm Tube-In-Mould Plugs for label and tube casting. For larger pen tubes, our 18mm or 20mm moulds, Tube-In-Mould Plugs or dedicated Less-Resin moulds may be more suitable.
Each cavity has a removable silicone bung to make demoulding easier, so the mould should not normally need to be dismantled. Moulds 180mm and longer have two bungs per cavity, helping when casting two tubes in each cavity.

150mm – external dimensions 40 x 126 x 174mm
180mm – external dimensions 40 x 126 x 204mm
200mm – external dimensions 40 x 126 x 212mm
220mm – external dimensions 40 x 126 x 244mm
Approximate resin required per cavity:
130mm – 30ml
150mm – 34ml
180mm – 41ml
200mm – 45ml
220mm – 50ml
