HDPE Pen Blank & Resin Casting Moulds

Our moulds are CNC machined from 12mm smooth HDPE for accuracy and to help provide a reliable, leak-free mould for resin casting. The range includes pen blank moulds in a variety of sizes and cavity options, along with larger casting moulds suitable for projects such as knife scales, spheres, cubes and other resin blanks.

Please note: Due to the wide range of sizes and variations in our HDPE and silicone moulds, we keep only limited stock. If you need more than is currently available, place an order and they will normally be made within 2–4 days.

As with HDPE sheet material, there is no protective film like that found on acrylic or Perspex. Minor cosmetic marks or scratches can therefore occur and may show on finished casts, so some sanding and polishing may be required.
