22 x 22mm HDPE Pen Blank Casting Mould – 2 Cavity

Reusable HDPE pen blank casting mould with 2 cavities, designed for casting chunky 22 x 22mm resin pen blanks, including larger fountain pen caps.

The internal cavity dimensions are approximately 27 x 22mm, providing an additional 5mm of height to help reduce spillages. The mould can also be used with our 22mm Tube-In-Mould Plugs for label and tube casting of larger fountain pen cap tubes that are too large for our 20mm plugs or Less-Resin moulds.

Each cavity has a removable silicone bung to make demoulding easier, so the mould should not normally need to be dismantled. Moulds 180mm and longer have two bungs per cavity, helping when casting two tubes in each cavity.
