20 x 20mm HDPE Pen Blank Casting Mould – 4 Cavity
Description
Reusable HDPE pen blank casting mould with 4 cavities, designed for casting 20 x 20mm resin pen blanks for pen making and turning.
The internal cavity dimensions are approximately 25 x 20mm, providing an additional 5mm of height to help reduce spillages. The mould can also be used with our Tube-In-Mould Plugs for label and tube casting.
Each cavity has a removable silicone bung to make demoulding easier, so the mould should not normally need to be dismantled.
Available lengths – 4 cavities:
130mm – external dimensions 45 x 146 x 154mm
150mm – external dimensions 45 x 146 x 174mm
180mm – external dimensions 45 x 146 x 204mm
200mm – external dimensions 45 x 146 x 212mm
Please note: the 220mm size will not fit a 10L pressure pot.
220mm – external dimensions 45 x 146 x 244mm
Approximate resin required per cavity:
130mm – 52ml
150mm – 60ml
180mm – 72ml
200mm – 80ml
220mm – 88ml
