18 x 18mm HDPE Pen Blank Casting Mould – 4 Cavity

Reusable HDPE pen blank casting mould with 4 cavities, designed for casting narrower 18 x 18mm resin pen blanks while using less resin than larger moulds.

The internal cavity dimensions are approximately 23 x 18mm, providing an additional 5mm of height to help reduce spillages.

The mould can be used with our 18mm Tube-In-Mould Plugs for label and tube casting. The plugs are suitable for tubes from 7mm Slimline up to Omega/Mistral cap tubes. For larger tubes, our 20mm moulds and Tube-In-Mould Plugs or dedicated Less-Resin moulds may be more suitable.

Each cavity has a removable silicone bung to make demoulding easier, so the mould should not normally need to be dismantled. Moulds 180mm and longer have two bungs per cavity, helping when casting two tubes in each cavity.
