25 x 50mm HDPE Resin Casting Mould – Single Cavity

Reusable single-cavity HDPE resin casting mould for creating blanks up to 25mm thick. The wider 50mm cavity makes it useful for matching pen sets, knife scales and other resin casting projects.

The internal cavity dimensions are approximately 30 x 50mm, providing an additional 5mm of height to help reduce spillages. A cast blank can be sawn down the centre to create two matching pieces, or the mould can be filled to the required depth for knife-scale projects.

The mould has a removable silicone bung to make demoulding easier, so it should not normally need to be dismantled.
