Tube-In-Mould Plugs for HDPE Pen Blank Moulds

Tube-In-Mould plugs for use with compatible Nash Woodcrafts HDPE pen blank moulds, allowing label and tube-in casting for a wide range of pen kits without needing a dedicated Less-Resin mould for every tube size.

Available sizes:
15mm plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 6–7.5mm
18mm plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 6.1–10.8mm
20mm Small plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 5.5–10mm
20mm Large plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 8.5–12.5mm
22mm Small plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 7–11.5mm
22mm Large plugs – suitable for tubes with an internal diameter of 11.5–15.5mm

This system is particularly useful if you cast a variety of tube sizes. If you repeatedly cast the same tube size, our dedicated Less-Resin moulds may be more convenient and can use considerably less resin.

Plugs are sold in pairs. Depending on tube and plug size, two tubes can be fitted per cavity in our 180mm and longer moulds.
