Key specifications
- Mix by weight: 100:45
- Mix by volume: 2:1
- Typical deep pour: 2–4 inches (5–10cm)
- Can be poured up to 30cm*

- Cure time: 72 hours
- UV stabilised
- Hardness: above 85D
- Low-viscosity, self-levelling formula

Deep casting
The low-viscosity formula helps bubbles rise and allows resin to flow into fine cracks and small voids. It is suitable for larger moulds and projects including river tables, urns, vases, dragon eggs, bowls, guitars, trays and other deep castings.
*The original product guidance states that pours up to 12 inches (30cm) are possible. For extra-large pours, manage temperature carefully and avoid pouring in environments above 25°C / 77°F, as higher temperatures can cause overheating and curing issues.
Mixing and curing
Measure resin and hardener at 100:45 by weight or 2:1 by volume. Slowly stir until fully blended with no streaks, pour into your mould, then allow 72 hours for a complete cure.
Finish and additives
The resin is designed for a crystal-clear, high-gloss finish and is compatible with mica powder, alcohol inks, pigments and dyes. The formula is described as low odour, VOC-free and BPA-free, and food safe once fully cured.
